Tour Itineray

Day 1 :

Delhi- Haridwar

Welcome to the capital city of India! Upon your arrival at New Delhi Railway Station or Airport, our representative will meet you and greet you. He will then escort you in transferring to Haridwar, the gateway to Devbhoomi. The distance between these two segments is almost 205 km and it takes approx. 6 hours to reach cover the entire distance. On reaching Haridwar, check-into the pre-booked hotel, loosen up yourself. Later in the evening, move towards Har Ki Pauri to participate in the grand evening aarti ceremony. Enjoy the heart-touching view of the place and then return to the hotel for dinner which is followed by an overnight stay.

Day 2 :

Haridwar- Barkot

Rishikesh is one of the most famous holiday destinations in India and is also called as the adventure hub of India. This beautiful hill station has many things to offer its tourists ranging from white water rafting to camping. Uttarakhand Tourism shows that millions of devotees and adventure lovers flock to this quaint hill station.

Day 3 :

Barkot- Yamunotri- Barkot

Early morning drive towards Janki Chatti and on reaching you will start your trek towards Yamunotri. On reaching Yamunotri we will drive towards the Yamunotri Temple for doing the philosophy. After paying homage to Goddess Yamuna start trekking down towards Janki Chatti. Our driver will meet you there and then drive you towards Barkot for the scrumptious dinner which is then followed by a relaxing overnight stay.

Yamunotri is a sacred shrine dedicated to Goddess Yamuna and is nestled at an elevation of almost 3293 meters above the sea level in the Garhwal Himalayas. It is one of the four major sacred pilgrimages in Chota Char Dham circuit. The place is also renowned for boasting the popular Yamunotri Temple which is devoted to Goddess Yamuna.

Day 4 :

Barkot- Uttarkashi

Cover the distance of almost 82 kilometers from Barkot to reach Uttarkashi. On reaching Uttarkashi, check-into the pre-booked hotel. Relax for a few hours in the cozy hotel room and then drive towards the Shakti Temple and also the Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Return to the hotel for dinner which will then be followed by a relaxing overnight stay.

Perched at an altitude of 1352 meters above the sea level, Uttarkashi is established on the riverbank of holy River Bhagirathi. Uttarkashi is popular for being home to various ashrams and ancient temples.

Day 5 :

Uttarkashi- Gangotri- Uttarkashi

Start your day little early today and start you and drive to Gangotri via Harsil. On reaching the destination visit the sacred Gangotri Temple and offer your prayers and homage to Goddess Ganga. After the completion of philosophy, return to the hotel to get energized for the next day schedule.

Day 6 :

Uttarkashi- Rishikesh

Today you are going to cover a distance of almost 167 kilometers. Wake up little morning and after savoring the scrumptious morning meal check-out from the hotel and then drive towards Rishikesh. Upon arrival in Rishikesh, check-into one of our listed hotels and then loosen up yourself in the hotel room. Later in the evening, head towards the two major landmarks of the city i.e. Ram Jhula and Lakshman Jhula.

Day 7 :

Rishikesh- Haridwar- Rishikesh

In the morning drive towards Delhi via Haridwar and then on reaching Delhi, you will be transferred to Delhi Airport or Railway Station from where you can board the train or flight for your onward journey towards home.

Early morning start your drive towards Barkot via Dehradun and Mussoorie. On the way to Barkot, we will stop at Kempty Falls and after exploring the beauty of this cascading water stream, continue driving towards Barkot. On reaching the place, check-in to the hotel for dinner and then relaxing overnight stay.

Barkot is a small yet beautiful town located in the Uttarkashi district in Uttarakhand. It is reckoned as one of the most preferred and frequented holiday destinations in the state which offers its tourists with some really enchanting adventurous activities like trekking, and many others.

Terms & Conditions

  • The timings for the helicopter yatra are subject to change depending on the weather conditions and matters that are out of any sort of human control.
  • The total payment for the helicopter journey should be made in 2 instalments, the 1st instalment will be 50% of the total cost which should be given 2 weeks prior to the beginning of the journey. The remainder of the amount will be paid 2 to 3 weeks prior to the scheduled date of departure.
  • The selected package will may not be included with GST so make sure to clarify this with your travel manager.
  • Children age 2 years and more will need to get a full adult ticket.
  • No special concessions or provisions are given to senior citizens and kids or differently abled. You can speak with the tour manager well in advance to make special arrangements for anyone who may need it.
  • Some conditions like – bad weather, VVIP movement, technical faults in helicopter etc. may case the flight to be postponed or even stand a chance to be cancelled.
  • Expenses will be borne by you in case you decide on overstaying more than your planned days.

Cancellation Policy

  • In case the flight is cancelled owing to the following reasons – bad weather, technical glitch etc. then:
  • Refund for the sectors not covered will be paid back to the passenger; no ticket will be carried forward to the next day; no compensation or reimbursement for accommodation or meal and transportation will be made; passengers will be required to make their own arrangements.
  • In case the passenger is unable to arrive at the helipad on the given date / time then the time slot fort the departure will not be refunded.
  • The following charges will be applicable in case of refunds:
  • 7 days prior to the Journey – 25% of the total cost
  • Within 7 days and 72 hours prior to the Journey – 50% of the total cost
  • Less than 72 hours prior to the journey – Zero Refund

Be sure to clarify about the refund and cancellation policies of the company beforehand with your tour operator to avoid confusion and clear out your doubts.
