Tour Itinerary

Day 1 :

Arrive at Dehradun Airport

Stay at Dehradun Hotels Arrival at Dehradun Airport, Transfers to Hotels Includes - Dinner

Day 2 :

Dehradun – Yamunotri

You will be made to depart for your first Char Dham destination of Yamunotri at 7 am in the morning, be sure to arrive an hour before the time of departure to complete all the ground level formalities. You will be covering a flying distance of 45 minutes to Kharsali helipad. After freshening up at your hotel here you will be taken to Yamunotri temple whose last road head is at Janki Chatti. After offering your prayer to goddess Yamuna you will be made to head back to your allotted hotel here for an overnight stay.

Day 3 :

Yamunotri – Gangotri

You will be made to depart for your next destination of Gangotri early in the morning. You will be flown from the helipad at Yamunotri to the helipad in Harsil, the helipad for Gangotri. It is advised for you to go straightaway for the darshan of goddess Ganga before freshening up or getting yourself checked in to the hotel. After the darshan at the temple you will be made to check in to your hotel here where you will be staying the night. Remember to carry with you some good quality woollen clothing wear.

Day 4 :

Gangotri – Kedarnath

You will be made to depart from the helipad in Harsil for Guptkashi – a helipad near kedarnath. as per the government regulations you will be made to transfer into another chopper that will make you land at the kedarnath helipad which is located at a mere distance of just 500 metres from the temple. After going through the VIP darshan of the lord you will be made to head on to visit your next destination of Triyuginarayan temple which is another important temple located in its proximity. You will be spending the night in kedarnath itself and you will also be made to attend the Rudra Abhishek that takes place at the temple at 4 am in the morning.

Day 5 :

Kedarnath – Badrinath

You will be made to depart for Badrinath from Kedarnath early in the morning via a helicopter journey of around 45 minutes. Once you exit from the chopper you will be made to head to your hotel here where you will be freshening up. Later you will be taken for the holy Darshan and Aarti at Badri Vishal. This ritual starts at 4 am in the morning and goes on for 2 hours. After this you can even go on some nearby sightseeing exploration of places like Mana village, Vasudhara falls, Bheem Pul. Vyas Ganesh Gufa etc.

Day 6 :

Badrinath – Dehradun

You will be made to depart from Badrinath helipad after having your breakfast in the morning and once your morning aarti and darshan in Badrinath is done. Later on,you will be made to depart for Sahastradhara helipad in Dehradun from Badrinath helipad.

Do's & Don'ts

  • Remember that you will be going on a very high altitude where the weather will be in hospitably cold. So carry winterwear and thermals that will keep you warm from the inside as well. Also carry sun glasses, mufflers, monkey caps, ear muffs, gloves etc. for extra protection from the weather.
  • Invest in a good pair of walking shoes this will definitely come in handy while you will be walking on the hilly terrain. Avoid walking while wearing slippers as it may cause a sprain. Even though you will be travelling in a helicopter for darshan also you will have to walk or while in the hotel or some sightseeing, so this is an often overlooked yet very important thing to keep in mind.
  • Carrying eatables is advised like chocolate, power bars, packaged snacks (remember not to litter), bottled water etc to keep you energetic and motivated in between your meals and travels.
  • Carry all the important documents and ID proof that you will require while travelling like Aadhaar card, passport, Voter ID card etc. which carries all your updated and valid identification proofs.
  • Remember to carry a complete first aid kit consisting of Band-Aids, Dettol, bandages, pain relivers, paracetamol, pain killers, anti-vertigo and motion sickness medication etc.

  • Respect the environment and the places of worship since they are very highly revered and do not offend them in any manner whatsoever.

  • Being a holy place of worship alcohol is completely prohibited there and even non vegetarian food should not be consumed.
  • Never go off the track and venture out on your own it may prove to be dangerous and unsafe.
  • One of the most important things that a pilgrim must not do, which often gets overlooked is, do not pollute the pristine and fragile Himalayan ecosystem by throwing toffee and food wrappers here n there. Don’t be ignorant.

Terms & Conditions

  • Keeping the safety in mind and to evenly distribute weight around 5 to 6 passengers are allowed at a time in one helicopter for the journey.
  • Every passenger is only allowed to carry 5 kgs of luggage. If it weighs even slightly a bit more than the said limit then the pilot reserves the right to refuse to carry that passenger as safety is priority.
  • Prices of the package are subject to change without any prior notice. Be sure to confirm the rates beforehand.
  • The hotel properties where you will be staying are of non-star category and hence one must not have high expectations regarding the stay situation being located on hilly terrain.
  • Complimentary stay in Dehradun from where the trip starts and ends just for freshening up.
  • The company reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change the timings of the flying depending on any sort of weather changes or any such issue.
  • Any extra nights outside of the designed itinerary the client will bear the prices.
  • 50% of the total price of the package will have to be paid on the time of booking.
  • In case of bad weather situation some Dhams are not visited then the refund will be made for the remaining uncovered sectors

Cancellation Policy

If you plan on cancelling your trip then here is the cancellation fee and refund which you will be allotted

  • Up to 30 days prior to the scheduled date of commencement – 30% of the overall amount
  • Up to 30 days prior to the scheduled date of commencement – 50% of the overall amount
  • Up to 10 days prior to the scheduled date of commencement – No refund
  • Rescheduling the date of your booking depends entirely on the availability of the seats on the helicopter.
